Summary:
This is a full-time maintenance position with a very specialized skillset responsible for set up, general maintenance, repairs, and service of Production equipment in our plant.
This individual will be a critical part of our Maintenance Department and will be in charge of set up, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance on a given shift.
Robotics training to be provided upon hire.
Rotating 3-2-2 Schedule.
12-Hour Shifts.
DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments on production equipment in facilityTroubleshoot and make repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controlsProvide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during productionBuild and repair mold screensExecute scheduled preventative maintenance repairs and other preventative maintenance work, replacing defective parts as neededPrepare and setup machinery for scheduled production runs EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
Required:
o 5
years of related experience and/or training o Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detailo Strong computer skills Ideal Candidate will possess:
o Strong pneumatic component and maintenance experience o 2-5 years technical training (exposure to high-speed equipment and maintenance) o 3
years of related experience in the paper or fiber/molded pulp manufacturing industry o Electrical skills; use of multi-meters, ability to check voltage, amp draws, etc.
strongly preferredo Welding skills using Arc and wire feed welders a bonus The Company Offers:
