Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managersPrioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient serviceDevelop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menusAccurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer orderAssist with bussingtables in assigned section, greetingguests, and delivering food to assigned tables as neededCleanassigned sectionand sanitize workspace in service areas as neededper restaurant protocolsProvidesafe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifyingsigns of intoxicationManage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactionsOccasionally answer phone and assistwalk-inguests with carryout orders as neededBecome knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policyFollow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulationsEffectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to providequality customer serviceRequired
Qualifications:
Previousserving experience preferredEnthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentalityBasic computerliteracyBasic math skillsMust be 19
