Hybrid Work Model - Van Wert, Ohio; Dublin, Ohio; or Alpharetta, Georgia As an Enterprise Risk Analyst you will focus on assisting and conducting reviews of risks for Central Mutual Insurance, enhancing risk and capital management capabilities to support business objectives and long- term sustainability.
By providing our management team with key insights into their risk profile, this influential position will tell a strategic story that steers our company's success.
This will include:
Updating the ORSA document and tables to reflect the current stress testing and company profile details Researching and updating risk survey questions with internal and external feedback to compile and develop survey documentation for Internal Audit and ORSA Researching external data and prepare responses for the Climate Risk Survey while documenting any new industry recommendations that would impact Risk and Capital Management Working with Central's broker and internal business partners to prepare renewal documentation and analyze market research to help communicate and risks or opportunities Updating Risk Tolerance results and perform annual refresh of Risk Tolerances as needed for Senior Leadership's Dashboards Focusing on continuous improvement in processes and keeping documentation current for the team and for use during Audits.
Contributing as a key project member on projects that have impacts to Enterprise Risk for Central We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or other related degrees and a background in risk or data.
The skills and knowledge required include:
Accurately anticipate future consequences and trends Effectively frame a problem and translate qualitative impacts to quantitative Analysis of scenarios and potential outcomes, including likelihoods Excellent analytical aptitude; judge the reasonability of analysis and data Effective communication and conflict resolution skills Comprehension of stress testing, and capital allocation & structure Preferred:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
